The earth has been made for me (and for my followers) a place for praying and a thing to perform Tayammum, therefore anyone of my followers can pray wherever the time of a prayer is due. -3. The booty has been made Halal (lawful) for me yet it was not lawful for anyone else before me. -4. I have been given the right of intercession (on the Day of Resurrection). -5. Every Prophet used to be sent to his nation only but I have been sent to all mankind. (Bukhari - Vol. 1, Book 7, Hadith 331)

Narrated `Urwa's RA father: Aisha RA said, "I borrowed a necklace from Asma RA and it was lost. So Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) sent a man to search for it and he found it. Then the time of the prayer became due and there was no water. They prayed (without ablution) and informed Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) about it, so the verse of Tayammum was revealed." Usaid bin Hudair RA said to `Aisha, "May Allah reward you. By Allah, whenever anything happened which you did not like, Allah brought good for you and for the Muslims in that." (Bukhari - Vol. 1, Book 7, Hadith 332)

Narrated Abu Huraira RA: I heard Allah's Messenger (peace be upon him) saying, "If there was a river at the door of anyone of you and he took a bath in it five times a day would you notice any dirt on him?" They said, "Not a trace of dirt would be left." The Prophet (peace be upon him) added, "That is the example of the five prayers with which Allah blots out (annuls) evil deeds." (Bukhari - Vol. 1, Book 10, Hadith 506)

FOR WEIGHT LOSS

• Eat within the first hour of rising
• Eat 4 main balanced meals a day
  • And a small snack every 2 hours in between these
• Exercise after a small light snack
• Eat main meals after the workout
• Hydrate yourself well, 1 glass of water every hour
• Keep daily oil consumption to 10% of total calorie intake, i.e. on an average 3-4tsp a day
  • All oils ate 100% fat, having the same calories. Even olive oil
• Avoid refined sugar in beverages like tea, coffee, lassi, fresh lime. This is addition of empty calories on a daily basis
  • Stay away from artificial sweetner too. They are "artificial", thus the lesser the better.
• Say no fruits juices, smoothies or milkshakes
  • Eat the fruits instead

Healthy eating is a lifestyle, not a "diet". Imbibe it.

Narrated Anas RA: The Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "Medina is a sanctuary from that place to that. Its trees should not be cut and no heresy should be innovated nor any sin should be committed in it, and whoever innovates in it an heresy or commits sins (bad deeds), then he will incur the curse of Allah, the angels, and all the people."
